The Insulated Van-Met Model FAI-150 is tested and listed by Intertek (Warnock Hersey) for a two hour combustible / 4 hour non-combustible fire rating. Designed specifically when the door needs to open up into the area above the ceiling and is ideal for use above fixed ladders. Model FAI-150 is manufactured without the use of springs, allowing easy access through the door opening.
