MAXAM’s Model MT is ideal for highly visible areas when accessibility to crawl spaces or equipment through a non-rated floor assembly is required. Model MT recessed aluminum floor doors are designed for interior use with 3.18mm (1/8″) or 4.78mm (3/16″) floor covering, leaving the door virtually concealed. Smaller size doors do not have hold open arm.
We have discontinued the double door model MTD, however JL Industries offers a comparable double door model in sizes up to 60” x 60” – Model FLDR
