The Insulated Van-Met Model FAI-250 is tested and listed by Intertek (Warnock Hersey) for a three hour fire-rating. Designed specifically when the door needs to open up into the area above the ceiling, providing control of temperature rise and heat transmission as required. Model FAI-250 has no springs, which allows for easier movement of equipment through the net opening. This design is ideal for use above fixed ladders.
