MAXAM’s Model PFD Floor doors provide convenient accessibility to equipment or crawlspaces below non-fire rated floor assembly. Model PFD is recessed 25mm (1″) to accept all types of thicker floor finishing materials. To ensure door is counter-balanced at time of manufacturing, the type and weight of in-fill material is required (lbs per sq ft).
