Product development for both US and Canadian safety standards has always been a priority; we offer the largest wall and ceiling access panel sizes in single or double leaf construction. Maxam was the first in North America to design a fire-rated floor door in one to three hour models. Another first is our upward-opening, ASTM-E119 tested FAI access panel for ceilings, that meets IBC 2024 standards for floor/ceiling penetrations.
