Concrete: Mill finish with bituminous coating on the outside of frame (cast-in-place installation only)
Wood Framing: Mill Finish
Hinge: Zinc plated steel with stainless pivot points
Latch: Zinc plated steel slam latch with removable tool on topside and a spoon handle on the underside
Spring/ Cylinder: 316 stainless steel nitrogen cylinders
Hold Open Arm: Steel with powder coat red finish, locks door in a 90 degree open position
Live Load: 150 lbs/sq. ft (700 kg/sq. metre)
