MAXAM’s roof hatch design offers a larger free area, energy efficiency, weather tightness and prevention against water penetration and corrosion. Counterbalanced lid and the MAX-CLIP membrane system make this hatch ideal. As with every quality product, our roof hatch line is designed for low maintenance and years of trouble-free service
Curb Material: 12″ high 16 gauge (1.61 mm) galvanized steel
Cover Material: 12 gauge (2.05 mm) aluminum
Finish: Mill aluminum or gray primer on galvanneal steel
Gasket: Continuous weather resistant EPDM gasketing
Insulation: 1″ (25 mm) polyisocyanurate R-6 insulation
Hinge: Continuous stainless steel piano hinge
Latch: Zinc plated clamp fastener with padlock hasp
Hold Open Arm: Steel automatic hold open arm with release handle painted in red
