This versatile, all-purpose panel series is designed for installation in all types of building materials and is ideal for new construction or remodeling work. Includes flange styles for exposed flange (NSM and NSS), wallboard bead (NDB), recessed 5/8″ from frame for wallboard (NSL) and plaster flange (NSK).

Product Specifications

Frame Material:

  • 16 gauge (1.61 mm) galvanneal steel
  • 16 gauge (1.61 mm) 304 stainless steel (NSS exposed flange)

Flange:

  • Exposed (NSM) – 3/4” (19 mm)
  • Wallboard Bead (NDB)
  • Recessed Wallboard (NSL) Recessed 5/8″ (16 mm) from frame
  • Plaster Flange (NSK)

Door Material:

  • 14 gauge (1.99mm) galvanneal steel
  • 16 gauge (1.61 mm) 304 stainless steel (NSS exposed flange)

Finish:

  • Steel – off-white prime coat
  • Stainless Steel – #4

Hinge: Concealed galvanized spring hinge (opens to 175 degrees)

Latch: Screwdriver cam latch
