The Van-Met Model NAP is recessed to conceal the entire door and frame. The door aids in sound control in acoustical walls and ceilings. Both panel and frame are constructed from 16 gauge steel. Flanges and panel have a metal lath spot welded to the frame to accept in-fill material. Model NAP comes standard with a concealed rod hinge. Optional: Continuous piano hinge allows the door to open 175° for easy access. Standard panel depth and “T” dimension is 16mm (5/8″).
